Net Zero Energy: Holmes-Rulli residence confirms net zero electric performance. For a tour of this LEED Silver certified, net zero energy home please call. Fall
Date coming soon. How can you achieve net zero energy? Reduce demand, increase efficiency, offset the rest with renewable
energy sources onsite. Easier said than done, I know but it is achievable within a reasonable budget today.
Neutrality: State Legislature considers bill to re-enter Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, a ten state collaborative committed to reducing emissions. New Jersey was a part of this effort as a founding member until
Christie abruptly and ill advisedly pulled the State out, reversing a prior exectuve order from Governor Corzine.
Organic: Join a CSA today. The GLBC family will be planting its organic garden for the season next spring. The Stockton Farmer's market continues to
expand and offer year round fresh, local and organic produce, meats, fish, and baked goodies as well.
